If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it please contact Aust Post at 13 POST (13 7678) as a query does need to be lodged by the recipient of the parcel. We can also assist after this query has been lodged.
Please understand that we can’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order.
PACKAGING AND RECYCLING
At Sleep Tight Babies we are trying our best to be eco friendly. We hope to have recycled satchels soon. We will not use bubblewrap unless your purchase is breakable. If your purchase is a gift please make a note so we can wrap to avoid damage to the packaging of your purchase
